@Mark Elliott Thanks Mark, I'm not giving up. I have an amazing team on the ground in Indy, I was just SO excited about this apartment deal. I've already found 2 underpriced homes I'm going to look into this morning.

Thanks @Mark Elliott I'm not sure it's that easy with apartment buildings. 

They want to unload but for way more than it's worth. I'm putting in a low offer to see if we can negotiate. I don't think we'll be able to meet in it though. 

So bummed, I thought I was going to pick up an 8 door apartment building in Indianapolis but the seller lied about the rent and now the numbers don't work. I know this happens but I'm pretty bummed. 

Where do you recommend I look for apartments for sale? LoopNet won't let me see many listings. Thanks.

@Seth Berra So what did you do? I'm looking at an apartment building myself and this post came up first on my search. 

Thanks @Jeff Bridges. I emailed my broker and I'm going to make some offers if these are still active. 

I'm looking around Redfin this morning and notice some nice looking properties that are priced for a quick sale and I feel like they should get snatched up quickly but Redfin has them listed as being on there for 70 days, 200 days so on. Does anybody know if Redfin tends to forget to remove sold homes? I feel like many of these should have sold already and they just get left up. 

Thanks @Rodney Kuhl and @Mike D'Arrigo for the input. I was just curious about the difference between what I'm paying and what Zillow says it's worth. 

@Rodney Kuhl Can you suggest any way to get a good idea of the value of a house? I know what I'm willing to pay but that doesn't mean it's what the house is actually worth.
