Welcome to BP @Shane Clark. I've been digging Indy but am starting to put feelers out in KC and thinking about Ohio as well. I planning on sticking to MF and focusing on apartments now. If you need any connections in Indianapolis I'm happy to share.

I don't want to change the subject to much but essentially it's the same. How do you have ur PMs pay you? 1 check or bank transfer per front door And 1 account per front door? So essentially the PM pays into each properties account seperately?

I have a great PM and team in Indianapolis. What are you looking for single family or multi family? I'm personally looking for an apartment complex right now.
