Welcome @Shane Miller. BP is my favorite place to hang out on line. What kind of investments are you looking for and in return for what exactly?

I'm happy to take a look but can you post it bigger? I can't zoom in on it.

I say that I've been using BHB for a short time now and have nothing but good things to say. Larry is fast to respond to me and honest, he had extra money I didn't know about from a larger deposit then I thought and he knew it but he told me about it instantly.  I appreciate honesty a great deal.  He also knows Indy like the back of his hand and has properties on or near many of the properties I look at and consider.

I highly recommend Larry Tracy from BHB. http://www.bhbindy.net/HomePage.html.

Welcome to BP Jeffrey. This place is filled with amazing people that are willing to spend their time helping people like you and I. I'm relatively new and a total novice but I do know to listen and learn from their input, it's invaluable. Good luck on your journey and don't be afraid to invest out of state.

@Will Barnard I'm the same way, I prefer weekdays. Do you still have access to the location you were talking about? I'm happy to plan this and facilitate it.

Post: Best bank for out of state investor?

Hi All,

I'm going legit and need to open a business bank account. I don't want to pay for the privilege to allow the bank to make interest off my money. Can anyone suggest a national bank with free checking accounts and that is landlord friendly in terms of no charges to receive ACH transfers. Also need unlimited checking accounts bc each unit gets 3 accounts.

I need a national bank because I'm out of state investing.

Thanks for any input.

Hi Nick,

Let's talk ASAP because I'll be in Indy next week to look at property.

Best,

Jeb
