Thanks! No hard feelings taken.I am educating myself and am in classes to become a broker.I would never do anything that hurt or manipulated others...my conscience is clear.:)
You guys are way too mean to the poor lady. lol And then some of you will turn around accuse me of being a nasty person and a sexiest, when I am mean to some female, who actually deserves it.

Thanks Joe....and no of course not lol.Just more when I am out and about..Yes car magnet idea is great too.:) probably will hold off on that to see if I get my license that way I can advertise for that as well.

@chinmay j. Let me first say that I do not agree or disagree with net listings. However in the class I am taking we just spoke about net listings and while they are frowned about in North Carolina they are not illegal.

My biggest question wholesaling vacant homes is how do you set an appointment to look inside? Especially, if the owner is out of state? They all want an idea on price and some do not have the ability to "show" the house..Any input is appreciated!:)
