Do I smell bad?  Does no such resource exist LOL?

I have been driving for dollars and calling folks.  No deals yet but was able to make 3 cash offers. Also, driving the area lets me get honed in on the houses I want to target/call/mail.  Also, I hand out cards to neighbors etc with a note " Find me a vacant home...If I close the deal, you earn $100".

Come on BP'ers...Where did ya'll go?  Big Brother is over, now come on back to the forum!;)

So, I am a bit (Outraged....oooh that sounds to harsh) dismayed, that I am looking for great videos/articles to use on my FB Business page promoting using "Cash Buyer" option for a home sale.  WHAT THE HOLY HECK???  A bunch of negative stuff mixed in with all the benefits.  I am sorry, but I feel this is truly a service to those who are desperate to not ruin credit or who can not manage costs of repairs etc etc....  Come On fellow Investors/wholesalers/clean slate makers.......SHOW ME THE ARTICLES and VIDEOS so I can add them on my site.

@Ray Lai, Oh I want the money as well LOL.  I just want a very personal approach.  However, I am aware that is naive.  I plan to start with a smile and as money flows easier to get into the mailer.....I just don't wanna. :)

I want more info on this topic.'Calling all the awesome BP'ers on here. I just found a gem on Zillow. Needs repair.....FSBO 90k less then comparbles ( must need alot of work lol)......looked up owners both deceased...went on county real estate website and they were the original owners in 1968, but show no sales price. Bizarre, but seems to have potential.

@Miguel Jauregui sure it is called Driving For Dollars App on Google Play.  I use it while driving.  

@Alex Deacon Luckily it is not 100 calls...After driving for Dollars with an app I am thrilled with, I investigate and do my due diligence.  Then, it turns into about 20 good calls.......many wrong numbers, exes etc..but when I speak to someone they are more motivated than a simple lead list of 100's.  Just curious of any long term wholesalers who generate more business using a different alternative.  Thanks for your response!

I want to hear from those who have tried it or have an opinion.  I have enjoyed calling my leads personally.  Mind you it is not TIME effective but I like people, enjoy their stories and build good relationships.  I am trying to fight the direct mail strategy.  Am I fighting a silly battle?
