I have really enjoyed Michael Quarles tutorial for List Source! I tried it in Raleigh NC( List Source has more than 300k at the beginning criteria) and returns a list of 15 lol. That seems very targeted but is it worth the money for that few?
When you are just beginning....would you begin my getting a business name to get the car wraps, shirts, business cards etc? If yes, what is the most streamlined way to do that?
I would like to know the same as Miguel Andujar....;)

So as many of you are,I am very concerned with being honest and ethical. As a teacher and just a generally "OK" person LOL,I feel you will always come out on top if you're honest. Now, with that being said if I find a great deal on a house that I want to sell to an investor but decide to buy it first( FOR example ,closing two deals in the same day). Would I need to have only a cash offer or could I qualify like anyone else would for a home purchase and then sell it? Or would my offer have to be all cash ?

Hi, Why would a realtor give you a list of all cash buyers on recently sold properties in an area? I keep seeing this advice on how to find cash investors and I am wondering if that costs money etc. I heard it is public record. If that is so why go through a realtor?
