@Alisha Scott  Are you looking to offer lease option for your renters? You can get the contract from a real estate attorney. You can advertise it as a lease option the same that you offer it for rent. From what I know and we have tried, most the time the tenants don't end up buying. It would be a good idea to try and set them up with a program to increase their credit score to have them be more likely to purchase your property.

@James Wise how are the property taxes in OH? Do you have a percentage that they typically charge for property taxes based on purchase price? The rehabbed properties look great! Did your property management company rehab them? Thank you.

@lloyaal thomas  it is possible to get financing for up to ten properties. You will just typically need 6 months reserves for each property. 

I am looking for knowledgeable, full time real estate agents that are serious about assisting investors, with growing their business to network with and as a referral partner. I would prefer agents with pro or plus account.
