@Alin Toncz...I agree with @Bob Malecki on the time frame in dealing with county red tape and that even if you pay off the judgments and liens, you still have to repair the violations. Whether or not the deal is worth it in my mind depends on the numbers. In my perspective, if you're going to net $80,000-$100,000 and it takes 12 months to obtain and you can afford to hold it during that time, it may be worth it. I believe you have to look at the rehab costs, holding costs/bureaucracy issues and days on market for that area and see if these numbers will make the deal worth it.
