For me, Investor Friendly means understanding what the investor needs of an agent being able and willing to accommodate. As an agent myself, I am willing to do the walk thru and send pictures to the investor to help make a decision. The investor should still know what they are looking for and the agent can assist. An agent can also be used to help narrow down the market once the investor lets them know what they are looking for in a property especially in Chicago.

This question was posed to me and I didn't have an answer. How is, or is it even possible to do, an appraisal done a vacant property/boarded up property and do banks/lenders lend on the property based on an appraisal or similar foreclosure purchases in the area??
