Welcome to BP @Ajani Bennett. You're right about the tale of two cities. Sometimes it even comes down to the tale of two blocks. I have a report that breaks down the sales by neighborhood and even counties in IL that may help a bit. Woodlawn is a pretty hot buying area right now. Some of the other BP Chicago members may have some resources that could help.
