You can but remember that the seller/listing broker's commission will be part of the cost of acquiring the property and will dip into your profit. FSBO's don't deal with realtors and don't have to deal with selling/listing commission. It doesn't have to be ruled out, just remember it's a extra cost to acquiring the property.
