@Brian Foster great info! I too have been thinking about looking along 99. I've been in Fairfield in my personal home for 2 years and just in that time the growth is exponential! I am positive it will expand well into 99.

I know postcards/mail outs are kind of a dated concept but I am new and willing to try anything to produce leads at least once. What do you think of the design I created below? Should I add a photo? I will obviously add correct contact info and broker logo for actual print.
Feedback please!
PS - my husband works for a lumber company, they did this home. The photo belongs to his boss who gave me permission to use, no copyright worries.
