Yeah the patio is toast. Is that section to the left of that crack an addition by any chance?

That crack is really straight. It looks like everything to the left is going  straight down

They are brandished around by all the gurus. Everybody going to be a RICH MILLIONAIRE tomorrow. It's so F ing tacky.

But here is the thing, They are not interchangeable terms. Well at least not everywhere.

Not to mention "rich" is such a subjective term.

But anyway, how much do you have to have in net worth, where you live to be considered "RICH"?

My answer for my area, is that someone who is in his 40's or 50's and has $1,000,000 in net worth is good solid middle class.

To make that 25% on a 10k investment, you better have some skills and be willing to get your hands dirty.

Not always, but those are pretty severe.

Personally, I'd look at it as a building lot, less the cost of doing a complete demo, for purposes of buying. Then make a cash offer.

Masonry structures don't hold up well to being jacked back up.

Having spent 12 summers living in Appalachian coal region. I'm just happy the place is clean, the toilet flushes, and I don't have to make the hot water on the stove.

People today are spoiled.

This is why I have no interest in residential real estate.

I'm picturing this guy as some jack off, driving an Escalade that is up for repo, fake Rolex, ex pole dancer girlfriend, both of them with a snoot full of coke, and talking a lot about his "connections" for getting "hot' ****

Looks like my bathroom.

It's just a place to poop and wash the stink off yourself, WTF you want?

How exactly would someone get HD gift cards at 60 cents on the dollar? Especially at the $30,000 level?

Even if the guy could deliver, I would suspect I was participating in some kind of crime

That would be like someone showing up with deeply discounted bearer bonds
