@Meg K. I’d say you have a good Handyman. He’s listed each item with a cost. I would love to have a handyman like that. I’ve dealt with a few that automatically start off at a $200 and ends up much more. Keep him, log your repairs. Save yourself the time and drive. Side not, as him to send you before and after pics next time.. have a good day.

Awesome, @Johnny Situ.  I read all the time. It’s hard to give up the W2, very scary. I have 5 units, 3 SF, 1 MF. I still feel like a beginner, I find the hardest part is to fully  commit to the business,  Live a frugal life.  Thanks for the Inspiration.
