Graphs tell a story... One story that this graph tells is that there are more opportunities for buyers, and buyers have more leverage, than any other time in the last 5 years. True, interest rates were far more favorable in 2020-2021, but buyers were squeezed (bidding wars, paying over asking, waiving contingencies, etc.). Now, there is an abundance of supply and buyers have options and opportunities to gain concessions!
