Job Description

A Cleaning Technician is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of a building, company, or property. As a cleaning technician, your primary duties include but are limited to cleaning floors, washing walls, cleaning and sanitizing bathroom fixtures, disposing of garbage, performing routine maintenance, and inspecting the premises. You may also be in charge of ordering cleaning materials and equipment. No prior experience is necessary to apply for this position; however, previous experience is preferred. An applicant must possess strong physical stamina, and excellent time management skills. Cleaning technicians often work alone after business hours.

Position Requirements

· Must be 18 years or older

· Effective oral communication with basic math and computer skills

· Valid driver’s license

· Insured motor vehicle capable or transporting cleaning supplies and equipment

· Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance

· Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)

· Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time

· Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects

· Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals

· Ability to travel within our service area

· Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

· Ability to pass random drug screenings

· Must be willing to sign a non-compete waiver
