Although I never want to see people losing their jobs, this could be a good sign the market may be slowing.

Great. It definitely does. I work a block away from our assessor's office. I know what I'll be doing tomorrow. Thank you @Metra Ulloa!

Hey everybody,

I'm interested in this property in San Francisco. I've seen it for years and it has not been touched.

I found that there's currently a lien on it. Is there a way I can find out who owns it and try to get the property before it gets bid on?

I'm just a little unclear to how that works. I'm ready to put an offer now. Thanks for the help.

Nice charts @J. Martin.  Looking forward to the "Beginning of the End". I'm trying to be patient, but I definitely want to buy something within the next year. We'll see!
