Hey Rich,
Yes, I guess getting to them is pretty hard but I am going to attempt to start "nurturing them" in hopes of being a go-to REO agent for what I hope soon is the next correction. If I get anywhere and I can find out about the property I'll let you know. The only thing I can figure out now is how much inventory (which actually isn't much) they have and then try to connect the dots with MLS and RPR. If I get anywhere I'll be in tough.

Awesome Adam, Congrats on making what I think is an awesome first financial decision for your self. I used to rent apartment in Savin Hill on Auckland St. Loved that area. Anyways, have you thought about what you had in mind for location and details regarding your next rental property. And overall what is your main goal regarding your buy and hold strategy ?

I've setup shop in Nevada and operate in Ma as a foreign entity. I paid taxes on my projects just in Mass and of course the 500 LLC fee they will chase you down for at any costs. Nevada I just pay a small fee and and do the duties of owning an LLC and I'm fine.
Nevada I have been able to enjoy the benefit anonymity. This benefit is grossly underestimated. I once had a contractor walk on me only to come back once I had the property back on the market and ask for 27k. When I asked him for what work, He hired an ambulance chasing attorney to file a "you don't pay unless we win" law suit in civil supreme court. However, it was hilarious when they just entered in the defendant's name as any possible combination of entities that Massachusetts offers because they couldnt figure out who the members of the LLC were....Hilarious when the judge asks you... who are you suing?

I find a lot of zillow's content inaccurate and confusing. It is agravating when your handling multiple transactions and someone asks your for information about a property that has never been listed or is not even a FSBO. Sometimes I just feel like they are posting "info" to keep people coming to their website.
...Frustrating.
