hey everyone hope all is well. I am fairly new to the investing world and real estate currently working on my first flip and getting closer to finishing that project and hopefully selling it fast. in the meanwhile i would like to fill my funnel and get ready to do my next deal/flip based on the type of work i do i drive a lot all over town "essentially driving for dollars" i started to write down address of vacant/distress homes which may have potential for rehabbing and selling them. My question now that I have the address what's the next step , How do i track down the owner and get in contact with them (not afraid of calling them if i can get their number and talking to them on the phone), or their current address were i can be able to send them my information and show my interest of buying their home.

any information or advise will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

@denny. We are about a month out on finishing the project then will be ready to put it on the market for sale. Once the house sell would like to get started on the next deal . I am still fairly green at this need to gain more knowledge in analyzing deals and rehab cost. I am in the Atlanta always open to meet and Chat.

Hope all is well, I am new to real estate Investing my partner and myself run a painting service company residential/commercial in the Atlanta metro area. Looking to connect with like minded individuals working in the georgia real estate market and see how we can connect and add value to each other. Thank you looking forward to you all responses. We are currently working and nearing the end of our first flip. Once the house sells we would like to transition into the next deal. Until we increase our amount of capital we would have to use a Hard money lender . My question to you all is there a specific company that you would recommend and what things should I be aware as a new investor. Still working my way around on how to properly analyze a deal , things to look for etc , etc. Any feedback and suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
