@Jie Li, yes, they have been very happy with GC.

I've used KJK Properties for 7-8 years, and they've been really good for me. I can PM you their information.

I don't have any properties with them right now, but I interviewed them and I really liked their operation. I was focused on multi family, and at the time, they were focused on single family. But I was able to refer 2 buddies to them, and they've been much happier with GC than with Elite. If they worked with more multi family, or if I dip my toe in single family, I'd work with them in a heartbeat.

@David Fitch - They should be paying automatically every month. This was a new tenant, so I think that was the issue. But there's no reason that Elite should have taken 4 months and several pings from me to get it fixed.

@Mark Ainley - You're darn right. Also, Bryan mentioned the show you guys were on a while back. I hope that's turning out some dividends for you. I'll make sure to pop by and say I to you guys when I'm back in Chicago to watch my Cubbies.

Well, events never go off without a hitch. The heat kept us inside, so it was a little difficult to tell who was with BP and who was just a poor group of people trying to get a beer on a hot day. So I hope everyone was able to find one of the BP clusters. I saw a bunch throughout Base Camp last night. I'm working on the next event. It should be in early October. I'll post it once I have everything locked down - probably in a week or so.
