CHANGE OF DATE: We made a reservation at the Lucky Lab, but they apparently had a conflicting reservation that they just realized. They bumped us out to February 23rd at the same time. There doesn't seem to be a way to edit the event without canceling it and starting over, so I'll tag everyone here who said they're attending. I'm sorry for the change. It was an error by the venue and it's out of our control.

Good question, @Chris Parrish. I'll be there at 5pm and I'm sure there will be a few people who will just head there instead of going home. But we expect most people to start arriving around 6.

We just posted the details of our next event at Portland Oregon Winter 2017 Meet Up. I hope you can all make it.

After the great success of the last meet up at Kennedy School in October, thanks to @Kevin Bull, another event is being organized for the winter! On February 21st people will be meeting upstairs at the Lucky Lab in SW Portland at 7675 SW Capitol Hwy, Portland 97219 to discuss real estate topics and the booming Portland market.

Like the last few events, it will just be open networking. We won't have name tags or any presentation. We just want people to connect in real life. And don't worry if you can't make it for the full time. Still plan to come out and meet some people.

If you think you can make it, please post below so we can get an estimated head count. @Mike Nuss from RareBird has graciously sponsored the room, so make sure to give him a big thank you when you see them. Hope to see some familiar faces!

@Jeff Wallenius, we just need to pick a date, find a location, and promote it here. We have a few other people who have helped in the past. I'll include on an email that I'll send out today to get the ball rolling.

We talked about doing one in January, but I haven't had the time to initiate anything. I'm just wrapping up the intense part of my year. Does anyone else have the energy to pick a date and secure a location? I'm happy to promote it.

@Eric Gabriel, I PM'd you the information. I replaced A&G with my new property manager. It was my opinion that they could have prevented the squatter that cost me so much money.
