Thanks for another invitation. Unfortunately, that's the last night of Open Enrollment. I'll likely be on the phone until 9pm and then in the office until midnight. Starting on the 16th, my schedule opens up a lot!

And no, @Jay Hinrichs is not taking me with him to Paris to carry his bags.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it to this one. Sounds like a great event, though. I hope there are more events like this after the 1st of the year.

With the two properties I purchased through Elite last year, the purchase price was at or slightly above what I believe the market price was. But both of them appraised right at the purchase price.
