Post: King sized beds - worth investing in for more bookings?

Hey all BP STR Hosts! Has anyone upgraded their bed sizes from fulls or queens to king-sized beds and seen an increase in bookings in their market? Would love to hear any case studies, positive or negative, that correlate to this idea so I can tease out what is worth it for us.

Current state is a 3-bed, 3-bath beach house with 2 queen sized beds, a bunkbed room, and two portable pack-and-plays for babies.

Future state would be upgrading the 2 queens to kings.

Also up for hearing if you don't think it's worth it to upgrade your mattress sizes for whatever reason.

Thanks y'all!

Hey @Ryan Morris! Thanks for becoming PRO! We unfortunately don't have the ability for users to create their own custom folders. That's a really useful idea though! I'll chat with our product team and see what we can do. :)

@Katie Miller can a spouse attend the closing finale at universal studios?

 Hey Bernadeau!

Anyone attending any part of the conference, including the opening and closing events, content, networking coffee, etc., is required to have their own registration. There is a chance we will have extra tickets for the closing event at Universal Studios. If we do, we will announce this to current attendees and send a way for people to claim those spots, which will be first come, first served. We likely won’t know if there are extra spots until June.
