Welcome @Lloyd Hussey as well! Lots of great markets to check out. We personally work out of the Kansas City market, which is strong and a great cash flow area. If we can bring any help or value to you, we would love to help sir.

@Jeremiah Harrington lots of awesome resources here on investing out of state. Make sure to start looking at the "buy box" and what kind of properties, investments, returns, area, type of properties, etc .... you want. That way you will know what you are looking for when you've found it. If our team can be of any help, please don't hesitate to reach out!

@Kevin Gallagher definitely a great market here in KC, but also really depends on what you are looking for. We typically are looking for the non-hood neighborhoods within 30-40 minutes of the city center. If we can help you process that through our team is here to help. Good luck!

@Abner Gomez it might be worth slowing down just a bit, and not selling your house quite yet. Get a HELOC, and use part of it just for say the construction repairs or something like that. Bring in a private lender who DOES AND KNOWS real estate. Work through with someone who has been there and done that.

Our team has renovated 200+ houses in the last couple years and I can tell you, there are so many little things to make sure you have done right ... selling your home and all the equity in it on your first deal is a scary proposition. Read, learn, grow, have a mentor, invest and learn for yourself, and make sure to protect your equity as you get into it. Good luck!

@Jaime Rossini you got quite a few great contacts here already... KC is a great market. Make sure you have a realtor who knows what they are doing checking the comps. There are definitely wholesalers marketing homes with ARV's that AREN'T correct, so do your homework if you don't know the area. GOOD LUCK!

@Ross Hewitt I do own my company Bridge here in KC ... we do a lot of the things you are talking about. I encourage you to really dig into what you are excited about, and start with that. Once you start to have the excitement around something you will go down the path of questions as you explore and learn. Don't chase 10 different ways or ideas, chase and obsess on ONE until you have it clear and running it (or you don't like it, and you moved on).

Good luck sir.
