The owner is very knowledge of the Huntsville market and is responsible to queries.

Hi @Brent Lowry, welcome to BP.  I am an investor in the Huntsville area.  Huntsville is a great area for buy and hold since the economy is very stable and also there are several college campuses in the area.  Let me know of I can be of any assistance to you!  Good Luck!

@Ryan Blake I have two properties in Jackson I have found that they are not hard to rent out if the property is in a good area and has good marketing.  Let me know if I could help.

@Keith Turner welcome to Bigger Pockets.  There are several good rental properties in Jackson that would good buy and hold investments just be cautious of some areas.

Hi Joseph, Welcome to BP. I am an investor in the Huntsville, AL area. There is a ton of information on here to help you get started. Wholesaling is low capital strategy but it can require a lot of time. There is a monthly REIA that I would recommend you attend just meet other wholesalers in the area.
