If you haven’t already checked out the podcasts, I would jump on that!! They are full of great stuff. Also check out the webinars Brandon Turner does every week.

There are some great local REI groups around the area as well. I highly recommend checking them out and meeting some of your local investors. If you're interested, @Tiffany Plovie and @Troy Fisher cohost a networking meeting for the local BP community in Seattle and Kirkland. It purely networking and a great place to meet your fellow investors.

I host a meet up in Lakewood once a month and its pretty awesome. If you and @Tiffany Johnson wanted to have one  in Olympia, that would be awesome. I would love to go and Id be more than happy to help you with that in any capacity I could.

Welcome to the community. As far as networking, I cohost a local meet up for the BP community. We have monthly meetings in Seattle, Tacoma and the Eastside. It is purely networking and there is a great group of folks that show up all the time. They cover all different aspects of investing and their experience ranges from newbies to seasoned pros.
