So I purchased a small list of absentee owners in a city of interest. I exported the list to Excel and started narrowing it down even further to a manageable size for my first time. Now what? Should I start handwriting letters and then bring them all of the post office? Is there an online service I can input my data into and they'll write and send letters for me? 

Searching the MLS and other conventional means haven't brought anything so I figure it's time another method.

Why not use that 200k in equity to buy a multifamily? If you did that would you stay in the SFR or rent it out and move into one of the MFR units?

Did you add this jacuzzi or was it there when you bought the property?

Why aren't you "prepared to post" your listing? Just based on that, I personally think you are hiding something that would result in input from the BP community that you are unwilling to accept. Just my honest opinion...
