Private lending is a good passive way of investing in real estate, and you can cherry pick what you want to invest in. As long as you are smart about it, you should have any problem getting some handsome returns.

Meeting the right people/ networking is a huge part of being successful. Hope you can make it to the next NYC BP meetup in March. I am a newbie, but I met many good, smart people thru BP. I am hoping to do my 1st flip very soon.
