@Titus Capilnean welcome Titus, I'm a realtor in Columbus and would've glad to help. Ironically my girlfriend is trying to get me to move to the bay area or LA. I plan if we move to keep my license here for investment purposes. Feel free to reach out and I'll be glad to help

What going on Coleman?  Columbus has changed a lot since I moved here back in 93' but the last 5 to 10 yrs it's been a boom. In the last year there has been almost a billion dollars of new mix use development approved here. We're in the top 5 in hottest market and have moved from 15 to 14 in lagerst cities. If I can help let me know and advise that I have I would gladly pass on. I'm finally coming to LA in December to see how y'all Californian are so happy.

@Gordon Starr I have quick question. I'm a realtor in Columbus is it worth it to join the Dayton MLS. I mean in Dayton what is the price point investors are buying there (is it worth my time to drive there, since Columbus is highger)? Thanks

@Emad Fawzy from what I've read and heard about the cities in ohio like Dayton and Toledo, but I dont really know about Cleveland the others you can get cheaper investments. I'm in Columbus and the real deals are getting hard to find and most that I've seen are rehabs here. But the deal are to be made you just have to put in the work in Columbus. The others cities aren't growning like Columbus is.
