I have been looking at foreclosures as well and have to admit they are intimidating. I'm sure this situation is a smooth exception to how most go with previous owner occupied foreclosures. But it looks like it worked out well for you. Maybe I will give one a try in the future.

I have relatives in Woodstock. Welcome to BP. Sounds like you commute into Atlanta. I drove through a couple of times and was shocked at the Los Angeles style traffic jam I experienced. It was ridiculous. Thanks for your military service. Good luck.
