@John Arendsen as stated above by others.....It's still against federal law. Take it from me you do not want to get on the fed's radar. Political winds maybe changing in mid January and the DEA may be told to start going after these places. My personal opinion would be stay away from these investments until Congress legalizes these activities. The feds can seize everything that is invested in and gained from the illegal activities to include: initial investments, land, buildings, vehicles, bank accounts etc....

Talk about going back in with both feet....you sure did that. Way to just go after it! I hope once I get started I have that same courage to just go for it and move around obstacles like they are not even there.
