Hey there BP. I'm so excited to have found this collective body of education and inspiration at my fingertips. I honestly feel like I have been studying for an exam that deep down I knew I would never pass. Then low and behold, someone I'd never met who only gave his innitals (BP) handed me all the answers, so that now I have the confidence I need to take that test and pass it with flying colors. As if that weren't enough.... He (BP) also gave me access to free, continuing education FOR LIFE. What's not to love about that! I have learned so much in the past few months and have so many questions that seem to get answered before I even post them. My focuss is REO properties and finding the best access to them. I have a real estate agent who is willing to do what she can, but no investment background. Will banks only deal with foreclosure specialists or can she or I get access to REO departments ourselves. I would love to work with her, but if I really need to move to foreclosure specialist to find these not so easy to find properties in today's market, then I would do that. Any advice would be much appreciated.. Thanks again, EVERYONE, for making this website SO AWSOME.
