I dont know of anyway creatively that u can fund this deal needing that much more cash,or mayve u could negotiate with the seller some more or maybe bring on another partnet,my question for u though is do u even have 6 months of reserves put up in case something happens with this property?

Hmmm basically your budget permits everything as youre making majority of yours in volume,hence making a dollar outta 15 cents.

I've never dealt with Chris myself personally but i do have a investor/friend of mines who has dealth with his brother Kent and has said that they are legit,im not a big time earner or anythign but i take what this guy told me to be true as he has always been,this guy is also wholesaling deals there as well adn from a few well known people all say that the Clothiers are honest buisness...just my 2 cents..
