If u feel comfortable with the park and it makes sense I'd go with the park I don't own any yet but I know @Jim Johnson acquired his 1st mobile home park over 1000 miles away from him ,and @jeffersonlilly is a guy u should talk to as well,I'd go to a mobile home boot camp first though ,owning a mobile home park can make u very cash rich or leave u dirt poor

u plan on buying more storage facilities? Also whats been your biggest issues while owning it?

howd u get an REO with only putting down only 5% unless I'm reading it wrong? All REOs are cash only no financing

How were u able to finance your growth that quickly @Brie Schmidt and how much capital u yourself deployed into this

ive been dealing with mobile homes for a while and although I'm OK with where I'm at I've got some ambitious goals and eventually I'll need to deal with a banker as I want to get into storage units small apartments  and mobile home parks but I currently have bad credit so I'm looking for any advice and or strategies I should be going after.I do like the idea of master lease options for apartments though
