Nick,that guy we're talking about I've heard some pretty interesting things about it man,i talked to him on the phone recentaly about venturing together,and talked to another investor and things werent adding up

Nick i think i knwo the guy u are talking about does his name start with a G? sport alot of these courses that are being sold arent worth it,and can also be had for free from people that you meet,i've never paid for any ebook or course that i have,and alot of is jsut reworded from guru to guru,

Robert what areas of Baton Rouge are you in? theres some 4 and 8 plexes that are to be had there at cheap prices,im trying to remember exactly where at,i do know that they have several code violations though..btw i actually love Edwin Edwards,better than ole Jindal!

im just curious of who and how many of our members are virtually wholesaling in several different states or cities,also how much are u spending a month on marketing for deals?also are u consistantly getting deals in these states each month? im looking to link up with a few people and work together and gauging a few things

Chris those 6000 postcards how much all that cost you?were these to just absentee owners? I know a guy that sent out 8000 of them and made over 78k on one of those

Peter,try to figure out some low cost marketing strategies,also to get a lil cash,you could bird dog properties off to other investors,you could also make bandit signs out of card board boxes that you would find in dumpsters. Network with other investors and tell them what you are lacking,i knwo this sounds like a poor mans way to doing thins but someone may have sympathy and help you out somehow. You should definitely look around for whatever jobs it is that you can find since you'll need some type of cash coming in regardless if you have deals coming in or not.
