LinkedIn recruiter is an amazing tool for finding talent. You could always pay agents to do BPO for you. Why do you need to leave your own market?

Anton - congrats on your success and thank you for your service to our country. What you’ve accomplished is impressive. I wanted to say that once you own the properties for say 5 years you are likely going to find your returns are not as strong as you think. Doesn’t mean you can’t retire on it just that most people think single family returns are higher than they actually are. Once you figure in repairs and vacancies it brings down the return numbers. what you don't get is its great to throw his demand letters in the trash - but what do you do when he gets your youtube vidoes, facebook page and linkedin taken down????? We have started a campaign to cancel the trademark.  He took down 100+ of my highly ranked youtube videos.

We are still running adwords. Our CPC is around $14, our CPA is just under $100 and cost per deal is close to $5,000. That includes a ton of retargeting and branded search (we spend a fortune on TV ads - so people search "express homebuyers" and click on our adwords ads.

We are based in DC and spend nearly $2M a year marketing. This year we will buy over 200 houses. B/c of our marketing spend, we get leads all over the country. We get a few leads per month in Philly. I'm looking for an investor in Philly that is 1) open to paying a percentage of the profit to me on leads I send and 2) experienced, does volume (at least 2-3 per month) and handles the entire Philly market.
