Measure the walls and figure out the biggest TV that will fit. Huge tv with Netflix, Hulu and a cable box in every room. The 65” sharp aquos and the 55” TCL from Walmart are my go tos. As previously mentioned if you can’t afford TVs this business is not for you. Your HVAC will likely die soon and cost you $5000. It’s ok to not be able to afford them but it’s not ok to not have them. Hopefully you did your math right and the property will cash flow hard enough to quickly pay off your credit card bill for the TVs This message was typed on an iPhone by a Superhost with hundreds of 5 star reviews. This is a question for a different forum. But do yourself a favor and google “business attorney” and give one a call. If you’re financing you’ll likely find it’s not worth it to have an LLC but ask a lawyer some questions.

Airdna is way off in my brief experience with it. But I also study my market and can look at any given property and guesstimate how much it will gross and get pretty darn close. Of course it all varies greatly depending on who’s managing. Regarding Destin it’s hard to make a buck there unless you pay cash, then can make a bit more than a mutual fund. If you finance you’ll be lucky to not lose money.

@Jen Faulkner  how long would you say a white bath sheet lasts you on average? Maybe I’m expecting too much of my towels lol 

@Mark S. that was the second place I looked but I don’t want white they stain too easily we find the dark colors last longer. Damn it sams club! 

Sams club has apparently discontinued selling decent towels on line all I can find is white in a bath sheet. 

Any one find a good score on towels lately?
