Richard White thermostats won't connect to an extender. They have to connect directly to the modem and only to the 2.4ghz connection. They will not connect to the 5.0ghz. At least not for long. If you have Lyrics I suggest calling their customer service they are fantastic, early morning is best time to call. I have 5 lyrics they're awesome. One app with a drop down menu for each house. No logging in and out. And they don't cost a fortune. Get the T5. The round is a fake nest and guests often message me that it's broken because they can't figure it out.

@Jordan Butts @Andrew Johnson

The last thing I would do is search for a property managment company.  In this business if you're not self managing you're losing money. Be hands on. Know who you are renting to and what reviews they are leaving. It takes about 5 minutes a day.

Big John you're a bigger man than I. I rolled my eyes when I saw no pic and questions that should be self explanitory.

@Jordan Butts Put the sucker on Airbnb and VRBO and learn as you go! Get your hands dirty.

Is your housekeeper responsible for changing out air conditioner filters?

Any other monthly tidying they are or are not responsible for?

@Kiki I self manage. Everything. From far away. And I have 5 of them. It can be done without involving a company. You'll gross more and net way more. Of course you'll have to give people door codes and answer messages. Takes me about 8 minutes a day for the 5 properties.

Although I do totally understand not wanting to do it! I run marathons and I hear all the time "I can't run my knees hurt (or insert x y z excuse)" No. That's just an excuse. Truth is you just don't want to run a marathon and that's totally understandable!

@Kiki Helland paying evolve 10% when they know nothing about my market or any other market is ludicrous to me.  It takes no more time to handle your vrbo/airbnb listings than it does to post on this forum. In my market.... if you're not self managing you're losing money.

Question is asked often. General consensus is post it on Airbnb and vrbo and be done with it. It's very easy.
