hello - are Keurig's a MUST for STR's? If not Keurig's, what is the best type of Coffee maker for an STR?

Hello - What is the best Material for a sofa?   Leather or Faux Leather?  How about microfiber?   Also, if I have enough space in the living room, is it preferred to get a sectional sofa?  or non-sectional sofa?

I'm in a time crunch, and I need to furnish an STR. I need recommendations for furniture stores where inventory is generally readily available and I don't have to wait weeks for the furniture to arrive.

Thoughts on Target, or Walmart, or Sam's club furniture?  Or Ikea furniture?   What's the best furniture that is relatively sturdy and is readily available in most stores?

Hello - i'm trying to decide whether to allow pets or to not allow pets in my STR. I see the benefit of allowing pets is that it allows you to open up your property to a much wider pool of guests and possibly also increased rates. But the downside that I see is that allowing pets will cause more damage and potentially increased costs due to the damage caused by pets. What are your all thoughts on this?

What's the best way to set up and furnish an STR from a long distance? I live out of state and I need to be able to set up, furnish the STR from my remote location. TIA

For my STR, should I be using waterproof LVP or regular tiles for the bathroom floors? Does it matter?

This will be a STR. Should I stain these doors and hardwood floors a dark expresso color, or lighten them, or just leave them alone?
