For the financing of a BRRRR, are there lenders that are willing to include the costs of Airbnb set up (i.e. furnishings) in the initial hard money loan for a BRRR? the costs for the Airbnb furnishings could be anywhere from $20K- $30K.. are hard money lenders willing to include this amount in the initial loan?

Hello - I'd like to cater towards families with children for my STR. Should I be providing Disney+ as a free amenity to these families? Is the ROI worth the extra cost?

Looking for an investor friendly lendor.  This would be for the purchase of a primary residence in the state of Virginia. 

I have an older 1920's duplex, and the outside looks just ok, but not great.  Is it necessary to include photos of the exterior of the property for Airbnb?  Or can I get away with zero exterior photos?

Hello - I have a side-by-side duplex that i'm converting into an STR. I noticed that the walls are somewhat thin and when I'm sitting in one of the units I can hear some noises from the other unit. Is this a problem? Should I install some sound dampening panels on the walls to reduce the noises from the other unit? Help!

Does my STR need a small trash can in each room? can I get away with dollar tree trash cans?

Should i be providing disposable toothbrushes and extra toothpaste to guests?  Is this an amenity worth spending $$ on?
