Who do I mail to? In the PIC#2 it says the PR is Mary Ann, however in PIC#1 it says the undersigned PR assigns, transfers , and releases all right, title and interest to the following person(s): Eric and Cassandra Schey.. SO who should I mail to?

@Rick H. Lol it is a lot of work, but postponing research until prospects respond to mailings is a great idea, I think so at least. As far as the tax parcel ID, would that be the Lot number?

@Mark Gagner That's not a bad idea, I'll call my county office tomorrow morning.
@Paul Ewing I can't find a tax code on the document, the only code I can see is something like this: PB 2014-070463 ...
@Roy Oliphant I'm doing something like that and I think I may have found out the address. One question though: what are CAD recorders?

I'm searching through my county probate recorders to gather leads but most the recorded documents don't show the address, they only show the legal description. Does anyone know how to find the property address from the legal description?

Okay sorry if I'm asking not-so-good questions but I'll make it quick.
Do I mail to the Personal Representative or the Attorney for the Personal Representative?

There are different ways to hold title. All real estate laws are local (state-by-state).
You need to study up on AZ real estate laws. The most basic has to do with title ownership vesting. An easy way to learn this is to go to a big title insurance company an ask if they have an hand out booklet in real terms/glossary.
Since 98% of those who post on BP do not follow through with action, I challenge you to do so, and post back on this thread what you learned. Are you up to it?
So I called the title company and spoke to representative and customer service, I got the PDF of the real terms/glossary (link at the bottom), which didn't really help (maybe I'm not looking through it right. I'll give it another look). So I talk to a title representative and she tells me when three people get interest in a property I have to contact all three people and buy ownership from all parties. Is this true? Am I asking the wrong questions?
