Hey everyone, I working with a small budget right to get leads until I save enough for a list. In the meantime I want to learn how to find leads via public recorders (or any other methods that can be done with no money) so I can start sending out direct mailings. 

Can anyone direct me to a blog, forum or even a video that can show me how to use public records to find leads?

@Justin S. Where can I find out about the sub groups and buying groups? Right now I am working on getting Mondays off so I can go to the AZRIEA meetings.

Hey, does anyone in the Phx, Az area (or close to the Phx, Az area) know of any meet ups for real investors. I want to get to know people that are investing here in the Phx area, get familiar with them maybe take them out for coffee to pick there brains. I only know of a few out here through meetup.com
