Is there a website (Or anything) that I can get info like how many sales in the last month, bedroom/bath rooms, renter vs owners, foreclosures, probates ect. in the PHX, AZ area?
How do you guys find out this kind of info?

Hi my name is Erick Martinez, I am 20 years old. I am saving up for a list, I make very little money so it's going to take a month and a half. I don't want to waist anyone's time with mentorship (if you find that time consuming) I just want to shadow someone, learn by watching someone. @Rick H. any one could listen in on someone else's hearing/proceeding? This is not illegal? Do you just walk out when the most the people there have left?
