What is amazing to me is that all of this borrowing in the private sector is what got us into this mess! So, even more borrowing in the public sector is suppose to turn things around and make things better?

Ditto...In our low rent, secondary market properties we do month to month. These markets tend to be tenant drama epicenters and we want the ability to kick out a difficult tenant quickly.
