Welcome to BP @Andy Wu. As others have stated this is an excellent place to get advice from other investors (local and afar). Make sure you set up your keywords for any areas you wish to invest or topics you wish to follow. You have a solid background in real estate, so I wouldn't anticipate the transition would be a difficult one. As far as investing with low/no money, there is tons of information on the site regarding the topic. @Brandon Turner also has a book that pretty much consolidates the information you would find on here into one source. It is called "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down". You can find it on Amazon or here on the site.

Welcome @Kevin Jones...make sure you set up keywords for the area's your interested in (e.g. Lawrenceville, Atlanta, etc...). If you have any questions, make sure to reach out as there are tons of experience people that are willing to help. Also, make sure you listen to all of the podcasts starting with the first one and working your way up. You will find that most of the basic questions/topics are covered there.

Leo Velichkovsky is a good inspector. He is very professional, thorough, and has a lot of experience. I'm not certain if Morrow is an area he normally inspects, but you can always inquire. If he is available, I would certainly recommend him. His contact is 678-357-1860 and his website is www.HouseInspectionExperts.com.

@Nye EddingsHello, I'm just seeing your post. Have you tried attending one of the Atlanta BP meet-ups? There are tons of very seasoned, lightly seasoned, and ready to be seasoned investors at those events. They are held on a monthly basis, great opportunity to network with some of the best!

@Shetal GandhiWelcome to BP. You will certainly find plenty of knowledgeable people on here that can help answer questions and give insight on the current market (Local and Abroad).
Make sure you set-up your keywords and also visit the marketplace as properties located in Atlanta are posted there often by wholesalers (especially for flips). I am new to this myself, but I have seen a few posts indicating that it has become somewhat difficult to find good deals in Atlanta due to larger investors and hedge-funds absorbing them quickly. Have you tried Driving for dollars?

@NA Pope I am in Gwinnett also, there are a few investors that I have met from meet-ups that are located in this area as well. What type of investing are you primarily focused on?
@Shetal GandhiI have had a few potentials, but nothing to pull the trigger on. The first property will likely be the one that we are residing in as we are planning to move soon.
