I have not used her to purchase any property because I am just starting out, however @Ericka Parrott has been very active in the community and provided me some property lists.

@AC Cooley also seems to be an active wholesaler in the area.

I am interested in knowing the same thing @Mahsa Nicknam, I searched the forums, but haven't really found a wide range of recommendations.

@Traci Pickett called "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down".  It consolidates a lot of the information you would find here in the forums/blogs.

The books by J. Scott and Brandon Turner can both be found in the BP store.
