I use Renters Warehouse.  I don't have any complaints with the service so far.  You can consult with them prior to making any business decisions.

I have been keeping up with this post as well as other posts corresponding to this one. Thanks for making this information public as it helps others to identify not only this guy but others with ill intent.

Personally, I'm very surprised that GroundFloor didn't sniff any of this out during any of the multiple loans they processed.
