Hey @Darren Liedtke I love this post! I wish you'd made it a day ago. I would have told you that we have a Milwaukee REI Club to have these exact conversations. However, @Dawn Anastasi has a great Ebook thats available for purchase on Lulu.com.

She's very knowledgeable and I think its worth picking up if only for her to write future additions that keep up with the times. Reach out to @Sam Erickson he runs the Milwaukee REI Club. Its a good group that gets together and just talks REI!

Best RE CPA I know is @Linda Weygant. She is a busy lady but if you post your questions and tag her she very well may be able to help you out. However, be sure to take the second to try and research this site to see if someone has already asked th same questions that may still be relevant to you.

@Kenneth Cowan shoot! I was hoping to join, but that's the same night we hold our regular club meeting on the Northside. Let me know what day you set up your next one. House hacking got me started into my full time career.
