@Tim VandenToorn What would you like to know. Now that we have five locations we are working within the Club, creating membership structures, technology communication platforms, and connecting those with needs to those that have. GR's Club is very new and continues to grow. We have about 20 some members and get from 6-12 people to each meeting. It's really a great group especially for how new it is. We have members from as far as California. @Kate Stephens, we'll be seeing you next meeting. 

Please tag any local contacts you may have. 

We will be doing a quick introduction to the group at 6pm as to all better get to know each other. Then I'd like to facilitate a conversation about what GR market trends people are seeing. What are people looking to do "next". The change in the market is palpable across the country. We'll discuss new neighborhoods where growth is occurring, debate the "re-suburbinization issue", and talk about new city initiatives that investors should be knowledgeable of. 

Please hit the "Attending Event" button at the top of the page so that I can inform Gravity of the space we will need. If you are bringing someone not on BP please just comment (and do not hit the "Attending" button up top) "+3 or +1" for the number of people you will bring in addition to yourself

@Brian Ploszay we normally get about 20-25 ppl. We just started this up and I am working more "in" the Club at this point. We are letting it grow organically until we get some of our technology in place to really separate us from the crowd. Our team in Madison is leading the charge and our website is currently being developed.

I have seen people talking about working on deals together at both of our prior meetings. The meetings are slowly going to become more structured yet support the networking we find so important in deal structure.

Welcome to Chicago's branch of The REI Club. We are a new extension to Chicago and have had three VERY strong meetings already. We have had recent Podcast guest @Linda Weygant speak with us already and look forward to having other informative and high achieving speakers present in the future. We don't sell anything, membership is free. All we ask is that you share a similar mindset, are constantly taking steps to be actively investing, and are willing to share data and information with the group. We believe everyone should add value to each and every person they encounter, not just in real estate. So, if you have rid yourself of, or are looking to ditch the scarcity mindset, believe in peer to peer mentoring, partnerships, and agree with our philosophy that "Your Network is your Net Worth" then come join us to talk local, regional, and nation real estate investing!

This meeting will focus on net working and partnering and will start with a group introduction where you'll be asked to share what you are doing and who you are looking to connect with. We are quickly integrating technological platforms to provide local investors with better means of communication, networking, and processes related to achieving successful real estate investing transactions.

Active members will also be connected to members from around the Midwest and out of state investors looking to partner on deals in our cash flow heavy markets.

Come out, grab a drink, say hello and join us forge the future of real estate investing.

We meet every other week and network one meeting and then have a topic selected for presentation the next. The next meeting's topic is The Art of Adding Value. New investors be ready to pick up some great tips and experienced investors, we hope you will join us in providing very important advice to the group.

Hey Grand Rapids investors! We are getting ready to have yet another REI Club meeting. Please join us to network and come get to know about the opportunities that being a member of our Club will afford you. Membership is no cost, but you must be an action taker, be wiling to share data and info, be into partnerships and peer mentoring instead of hiring coaches and guru's, and no scarcity mindsets allowed. What sets our group apart is we are a network of Clubs from around the Midwest and are working to interconnect all clubs to give you a strategic advantage of the largest  (if not only) multi city club network around.

We currently have affilate clubs in Chicago, Madison, Milwaukee, and the Quad Cities with more cities to come on line in the works!

@Kenneth Cowan Hey! No worries! We meet every other Monday. We are looking to change up location and add a little more structure to the meetings. We have Club meetings in 5 Midwest cities already (including Chicago). We are looking to formalize some of the group and meeting structure. I have a meeting with my technology team tonight and tomorrow to start integrating the network (of investors) on a digital platform. Your attendees are all welcome to join us in the future. Look for the post that says Chicago REI Club...that's us!
