Post: Team Building To Automoate Business

Hey BP gang. I have a couple of questions on how I should proceed with automating my business. Of course the pros have different approaches. I've seen some who mainly use virtual assistants for everything, and some who prefer everything in house. What are some of your setups and pay percentages and what are their responsibilities? I have been testing a VA for simple admin tasks (answering the phone, social media posts, craigslist posts, and pulling comps) but thinking of hiring an additional one for cold calling only. Plan is also to pay one person to place signs part-time, but not really sure how to approach introducing an acquisitions manager or what the pay should be. I've seen some who get paid a salary and some who are commission only. How did you guys approach building your team?

Simple crew was actually the name of the app that I couldn't remember.  I'm glad you mentioned it.  I know a couple of guys who are using that and love it!

Yes I get leads from them.  I generally get 1 or 2 calls within a short time frame of putting out 20 or 30.  I typically put out 300 per month, but trying to scale to 1000 to compete with some of the bigger guys.  Have a friend who is doing 3000 now, but his operation is a lot bigger than mines.  And yes I have done quite a few deals from bandit sign leads, but I would be lying if I told you how many.  I'm still in the process of systemizing to better organize which marketing sources are closing deals the best, but when I entered the game I did business with bandit signs and driving for dollars only.

What's going on BP?  Question for some of the people here who may be doing bandit signs.  What is your hiring process like for finding good bandit sign placers and how are you keep tracking?  What prices are you paying to your placers per sign or overall?  Are they responsible for writing the signs, cutting signs, etc.?  Are the signs and stakes drop shipped to your placers when you buy them or are they responsible for picking them up?

Currently still doing them myself, but looking to hand this task off within the next month.  Any suggestions?
